Quality Is our Nature .When a prototype is developed, its design specifications must be able to endure different process of testing and many hours of running. There are many tests, procedures and requirements the machine must pass before reaching its final destination. At leadwell, we must assure that our quality is of zero defect and precision is perfect before shipment. Our quality control is made up of five strict processes. Starting with the assembly line, incoming parts are differentiated, inspected and cleaned. Then the assembly engineers will document the machine data at critical stages. When machine assembly is near completion, many standard tests are performed, such as machine geometry, laser calibration and barball tests. Then all prior tests are reviewed between the assembly engineer and the quality control engineer.
